Our company is involved in the business process of importing refrigerator units, TV sets, Furniture, Stoves, Boilers & Promotional material. We are currently aggressively working to meet our customers demand and planning to set up many more branches throughout Ethiopia. Hanson is a sister company to Glorious PVT.LTD CO the most prominent market leader in the electronics import and distribution field for decades and that has been in existence since 1989, but that assumed its present form in 1996.

ABOUT ETHIOPIAN COFFEE
Ethiopia is the primary center of origin of the Arabica coffee plant. Coffea Arabica has been growing wild in the forests of the Southwestern Highlands of Kaffa and Buno districts of Ethiopia for thousands of years. As legend has it, coffee was discovered in Ethiopia in the 9th century by a goat-herder named Kaldi. He noticed that his goats became hyper after eating the cherries from the coffee tree, so he tried it himself.
SPECIALITY COFFEE (YIRGACHAFFE)
Single-origin coffee is coffee grown within a single known geographic origin, meaning a single farm. The name of the coffee is then usually the place it was grown to whatever degree available. Single-origins are viewed by some as a way to get a specific taste, and some independent coffee shops have found that this gives them a way to add value over large chains.
There are no real rules or governing body enforcing the labeling of coffee. A single origin coffee could be:
• Coffee entirely from one farm.
• Coffee from multiple farms in the same general area. (very common)
• Coffee from multiple farms in the same country.
Coffee Designations
All Yirgacheffe coffees are given a grade, as well as a letter characteristic, either A or B. Unlike with the other large coffee regions, these letters do indeed make a qualitative distinction. For all Yirgacheffe coffees, the letter A designates “coffee having Yirgacheffe flavor”; the letter B designates “coffee lacking Yirgacheffe flavor. It is possible to find specialty grade coffees among the B category. These would be coffees with excellent cup characteristics, but characteristics that cannot be considered “classic Yirgacheffe flavor.” The delivery center for all Yirgachefe coffees is the nearby large town of Dilla.
All commercial grade coffee, washed and unwashed, graded 3 through 9, is simply called Yirgacheffe A or Yirgacheffe B. Both categories include the four Yirgacheffe zones:
